Peel Island, with the slopes of Coniston Old Man and the peak of Dow Crag in the background. Peel Island features in the book Swallows and Amazons by Arhur Ransome and is a place we regularly visit – usually by boat.
75x57cm
£250

Two drawings of Coniston Old man and Dow Crag, the top one a summer version and the lower one in autumn. I acknowledge to painting of William Heaton Cooper that I have used to make my drawings, I have tired to place my own stamp on the scene using pastel rather than watercolour and varying the seasons depicted.
They are 75x57cm and framed in light oak.
£250 each
I have made a lot of sketches of landscapes including field patterns and hill sides, rivers and roads and lots of skies. Here I have made a large abstract version of a storm passing over a moorland landscape.
